City Gay Tours offers you the opportunity to enjoy at the most beautiful SPA in Florence, for a relaxing day and couple cuddles. The SPA is located in the surrounding of the beautiful city of Florence, in a nice countryside area, and it is the biggest Wellness Area in Tuscany.

The 4H special entrance pass, will allow you access to 5 amazing different pools, enjoying the benefits of the water which will give you energy, help you relaxing, and invigorate your body and mind. Also, at your disposal 3 different type of saunas: Zen, Herbal and Wine, the Hammam, and the Relex area with comfortable sofas, the salt room and the chimney room. Throughout the day, you will find unique sauna ceremonies composed of music, steam and essential oils for a memorable sauna experience.

At your disposal in the SPA also a Bar, an in-pool bar and a Restaurant.

Cancellation and Changes Policies
Cancellations

For cancellations you may write an email indicating the reference of your booking and your wish to cancel it to hello@citygaytours.com

All cancellations may have a charge according to when you tell us your wish to cancel your booking.

This service has these Cancellation Fees,
- Cancellations up to 7 days before the services: No Cancellation Fee.
- Cancellations between 6 and 3 days before the services: Cancellation Fee of 50% of cost of your booking.
- Cancellations within 2 days before the service or No Show: Cancellation Fee of 100% of cost of your booking.
Any banking fees because of returns will be paid by customers.

Changes

For changes you may write an email indicating the reference of your booking and your requested changes to hello@citygaytours.com

We can not guarantee any change until we have provider’s confirmation. Some changes may have an additional cost.
