City Gay Tours offers you the only LGBT friendly transfer service from Ibiza Airport.

We offer you two kind of services:

Shuttle Bus: For those travellers more worried about money than time.

Private Transfer: For those travellers who prefer arrive to destination quick and start enjoying holidays.

Do not worry when landing on Ibiza Airport if you book our transfer service to your accommodation. Someone will be welcoming you at the airport and will take care of you to make sure you arrive to your destination.

  • Shuttle Routes
    • Ibiza Town and surrounding area: Playa d’en Bossa, Figueretes, Ibiza town, port of Ibiza and Talamanca.
    • Santa Eulalia and surrounding area: Cala Llonga, Siesta, Santa Eulalia and Es Cana.
    • Sant Antoni and surrounding area: Sant Antonio and Sant Antonio bay.
    • Other Places in Ibiza: Cala Tarida, Cala Vadella, Cala Carbó Figueral, San Vicente, Portinatx and San Miguel.

    Upon arrival, maximum wait of 60 minutes after flight arrival.

  • Private Transfer

    Private transfer service to take clients directly to/from accommodation.  

    • Prices per vehicle or person (as specified in rate) and route, (Arrival or Departure) to/from different areas of the island of Ibiza.
    • Taxes and charges included in price. No additional charges.
    • Children under 3 years do not count as a passenger so long as stating reserved.
    • Upon arrival, transfer directly to your establishment, without delay
  • Term of Service
    • Children under 3 years go free of charge
    • Routes for different areas and hotels.
    • Bookings will be confirmed upon request and subject to availability.
    • Bookings valid for transfers to/from common and accessible by road/paved streets to accommodation.
    • Bookings to Country houses, Villas, private homes, etc .. may be rejected by difficult accessibility of discretionary vehicles.
    • Should confirm the pickup time transfer to the Airport from accommodation (Transfer output). No telephone confirmation may involve loss of service and will not be refunded.
    • Bookings with wrong information will be billed.
    • Customer on arrival at Ibiza Airport should go to our counter where they will receive information about transfer service to accommodation.
    • Transfers to Airport are organized so that client arrive at the airport with a minimum of 2 hours prior to their flight and up to 4 hours.
  • Cancellation and Changes Policies

    Cancellations

    For cancellations you may write an email indicating the reference of your booking and your wish to cancel it to hello@citygaytours.com

    All cancellations may have a charge according to when you tell us your wish to cancel your booking.

    This service has these Cancellation Fees,

    • Cancellations up to 7 days before the services: No Cancellation Fee.
    • Cancellations between 7 and 3 days before the services: Cancellation Fee of 20% of cost of your booking.
    • Cancellations within 2 days before the service or No Show: Cancellation Fee of 100% of cost of your booking.

    Any banking fees because of returns will be paid by customers.

    Changes

    For changes you may write an email indicating the reference of your booking and your requested changes to hello@citygaytours.com

    We can not guarantee any change until we have provider’s confirmation. Some changes may have an additional cost.
