• Your guide meets you at your hotel where your tour will start with a chauffeured drive by luxury car on scenic roads to the town of Versailles renowned for its Royal palace
• Once in Versailles, you will have a private walking tour of the gardens, the fountain groves, and Orangerie (best on weekends during the Musical Fountain show).
• Inside the palace, you’ll be admiring the king’s stage bedroom and the luxurious Hall of Mirrors that overlooks the Grand Canal and the gardens, along with discovering other prestigious, artwork filled, iconic apartments.
• You will also discover another quaint, relaxing, bucolic part of Versailles estate, known as the Trianon & domain of the Queen Marie-Antoinette. There, in a fairytale-like village, you will enjoy a walk to the farm with its lively happy farm animals like Queen Marie-Antoinette was experiencing when she was playing countryside girl.
• Lastly, we will finish on a high note with a scenic drive by chauffeured car back to Paris and your hotel, sprinkled with true hidden gems along the way… and a few sips of Champagne as we will stop and take the time to admire Paris from afar.

• Although the tour will be leisurely carried, some walking is involved throughout the day. A little estate train (with tickets provided) will be at disposal to reach some areas.

Cancellations

For cancellation you may write an email indicating the reference of your booking and your wish to cancel it to hello@citygaytours.com

All cancellations may have a charge according to when you tell us your wish to cancel your booking.

For your this tour, we will book for you non-refundable accommodations & services. Therefore, a full refund is never possible.

This service has these Cancellation Fees,

• Cancellations up to 72 hours before the tour: Cancellation Fee of 30% of cost of your booking.
• Cancellations between 72 and 24 hours before the tour: Cancellation Fee of 50% of cost of your booking.
• Cancellations within 24 hours before the service or No Show: Cancellation Fee of 100% of cost of your booking.

Any banking fees because of returns will be paid by customers.

Changes

If the client wishes to change the date of the tour, he will be proposed by the tour operator/tour provider an alternative date based upon the company’s availability without the guarantee that this alternative is possible. A rescheduling fee of 25% of the total cost will apply.

If the tour operator/tour provider must cancel the tour because of unforeseen circumstances independent of the company’s will (i.e. extreme weather conditions, an unexpected event that causes the palace to be unattainable or closed to the public “such as a social strike but not limited to it”) that impede the tour to be successfully performed, the client will receive a full refund. The client may also be proposed another convenient date for the same tour at no extra cost for the client. If the client agrees in writing to a change of date, there will be neither partial nor full refund, considering that the tour will be fully performed. However, the rescheduling cost of services & accommodations is at the charge of the tour operator/tour provider.
